Innovators in Public Health Development
HM Partnerships recognise that the face of public health in the UK and indeed across Europe is changing.
NHS organisations – once the central actors in developing and delivering public health interventions are increasingly towards local government, the voluntary and the private sector to lead or support public health delivery. At the same time these orgnaisations are increasingly becoming aware of the importance of their role in providing an environment that supports healthier lifestyles and providing evidence based healthier activities that are available and accessible to all.
As such there is a need to develop new and innovative partnerships and approaches at a local, regional and national level. HM Partnerships works with organisations to develop effective public health infrastructures that support and develop the links between the various organisations and programmes that directly or indirectly impact on public health.
